Warts are benign growths on the skin that commonly appear on the hands, elbows and knees. They appear when the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) enters the upper layer of the skin - the epidermis, often through incisions or fragments. Children are generally more prone to developing warts than adults (a new and still not strong immune system may be the reason), and yet they can appear at any age and, what is more annoying, they are quitedifficult to get rid of. But, as you know, nothing is impossible, especially with these home remedies, which we invite you to get acquainted with.

1. Powdered yeast

Mix the yeast powder with the castor oil until a smooth paste is formed, then place the mixture on the wart and leave it overnight. Better to bandage the wart with a bandage. Remove the bandage the next morning and repeat the procedure if necessary.

Your diet can affect and cause the appearance of warts. Eat foods that boost your immune system, such as garlic, sweet potatoes, whole grain breads, sunflower seeds and rice.

4. Garlic

Garlic contains two main elements that are responsible for the health of your body: allicin and diallyl disulfide.

Put minced garlic or onion in the wart, or just eat fresh garlic. If you do not want to smell Italian food, try swallowing 3 cloves of garlic three times a day, or chewing parsley to freshen your breath after garlic.
